The convention will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Salon Owners, Salon Managers, Salon Stylists, Regional Owners, Regional Staff, Vendors, and Fantastic Sams Salon Support Team should attend.
The first official event is the Opening General Session and Fantastic Sams Runway Show on September 7, 2022 at 5:00pm, followed by our Welcome Reception and Tradeshow Grand Opening.
The 2022 Fantastic Sam’s Convention officially concludes on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 11:00pm with the Awards Reception, Dinner & Dance.

You must be a guest of a Salon Owner, Salon Manager, Salon Stylist, Regional Owner, Regional Staff who has registered as a full-paid convention attendee and must not be in an industry-related position. Co-workers or associates in the industry do not qualify. Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Due to limited seating, guests will not be allowed to attend General Sessions or Educational Seminars and will not be eligible for raffles or prizes given during the Tradeshow. The Guest Registration package does not include the final night Awards Reception/Dinner/Dance. However, tickets are available for purchase onsite.

All attendees will receive a confirmation by email after you complete the online registration process. The confirmation verifies your name as it will appear on the name badge, and is your receipt for registration and any technical workshops you have signed up for. We will have an official Fantastic Sams Convention Registration Desk located in the Event Center at the Resort. There, you will receive your badge and convention materials. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendee's badges/materials.

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to us at Registration@UMEProductions.com prior to August 1, 2022 and are subject to a $75 processing fee. Refunds will be processed 30 days after the Convention. Registrations are nonrefundable after August 1, 2022.
Attendees/Guests may transfer registrations but all requests must be placed to UME Productions before August 20, 2022 to Registration@UMEProductions.com.
The venue for this year's convention is the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. We have secured a Fantastic Sams Convention group discount rate of $160 per night through 11:59pm on August 1, 2022, on a space-available basis. It is recommended that you book early to secure your reservation.

The weather in September ranges between 69 and 87 degrees Fahrenheit. The air conditioning will be running in the Convention center so it is recommended to bring a sweater with you to indoor events.
